Memories of Dewar Lake

Historical photos captured the laying of steel on Railway Bridge one mile east of Dewar Lake and men fording Dewar Lake on horseback. The town of Dewar Lake was named after D.W. Dewar, the first Postmaster. The Post Office opened on April 1, 1910 and closed on May 15, 1963.
