RCMP gets a little bit western this week

Kyle RCMP responds to complaints of a horse on the loose and a collision with a bull.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious person  in Rosetown.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a lost cellphone in the Rosetown area.

  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a motor vehicle collision in the Harris area. No injuries were reported.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a stolen E-bike in Rosetown, the investigation is ongoing.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a Semi vs bull collision in the RM of Lacadena.

  • Kyle RCMP received an animal complaint of a horse on the loose running along Highway 7.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of child luring in the Rosetown area.  This is an on going investigation.

  • Rosetown RCMP were called to a complaint in Harris to assist the public, no further action was required.

  • Kyle RCMP received a Mischief to a motor vehicle complaint in Wiseton.

  • Kyle RCMP investigated an erratic driver on Highway 4, North of Kyle. Charges for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle were laid.

  • Rosetown RCMP responded to an erratic driving complaint on Highway 7, near Rosetown. Members located the vehicle and no further action was required.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle on Highway 7, near Rosetown. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

  • Rosetown RCMP assisted EMS with a medical emergency in Rosetown.

  • Kyle RCMP are investigating some mischief at Prairie Lake Regional Park and surrounding areas where road signs have been knocked down and removed from the roadway. This is an on going investigation.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint to do a well being check in Rosetown.

  • Rosetown RCMP are investigating a mischief to a motor vehicle in the RM of Monet.

  • Kyle RCMP are investigating a harassing communications complaint in Rosetown.

  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of a motor vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks in the RM of Harris.  The vehicle was removed from the tracks without incident, and no further action was required.

There were 43 Traffic related charges issued, 1 911 mis-dial call and 1 false alarm call.
