Rosetown and Kyle RCMP Report: Theft of fuel

• Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

• Rosetown RCMP received a harassment complaint in Beechy. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of theft of fuel from a local business. Members located the subject of complaint and the fuel bill was settled up.

• Rosetown RCMP are investigating a trespassing complaint in Kyle.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 7.  There were no injuries.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7.  Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of an assault in  Elrose. Members arrested/charged a 32-year-old from Elrose with Assault and released for court.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle at a rural location. The matter is still under investigation.

• Kyle RCMP are investigating a harassing communications complaint in Beechy.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7.  Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

• Kyle RCMP are investigating a disturbing the peace complaint in Kyle.

• Rosetown RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7.  Members located the vehicle and issued the driver a traffic ticket.

There were 37 Traffic related charges issued and 1  911 mis-dial call.
