Tornado on a wicked Friday the 13th
It was a wicked Friday the 13th for most of west central Saskatchewan as a series of severe thunderstorms made its way through the area, prompting tornado warnings and reports of damaging hail in some parts. Environment and Climate Change Canada issued two tornado warnings during the evening — one for the Coleville area shortly before 6:00 PM and another north of Luseland later in the evening. The Denzil area reportedly received up to 6 inches of rain, while Cabri received a significant amount of hail. This photo was captured just south of Coleville around 6:30 Friday night.
