Welcome Wagon team visits new Kindersley resident

By Joan Janzen

KINDERSLEY - Kindersley’s new Welcome Wagon team made their first visit to a new resident on Thursday afternoon, June 19th. Dr. Dana Bailey and I (Joan Janzen) extended a warm welcome to newcomer Tony Bevan on behalf of Better Together and the Town of Kindersley. While enjoying a visit and a cup of coffee, he was presented with an information package and gifts from various businesses.

Tony moved to Kindersley this spring after spending several years in the Caribbean, where he was employed. He’s happy to be closer to his son Colin Bevan and his family. Nevertheless, it’s a huge change in scenery and temperature. If you happen to see Tony, be sure to give him a warm Kindersley welcome.

Anyone new to Kindersley who would like a visit from Welcome Wagon can contact 306-500-1173 or arrange to receive a welcome package.

Welcome Wagon invites businesses to donate coupons and promotional items with a company logo that people can use in their homes or vehicles. If you have items or coupons you would like to donate, give Welcome Wagon a call, and someone will be happy to pick up your contributions.
