MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: This forward-facing position is grounded in exceptional customer service and is primarily focused on providing our member's routine transactional services.

You will be responsible for all over-the-counter duties that a member requests, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan & utility payments. You will also be responsible for some general back-office accounting duties, including reconciliation of central accounts and ATM.

Experience in front line customer service, knowledge of credit union products & services and dedication to ongoing personal development would all be assets.
